Mark and Marisa Belgrave in front of the Los Barbados trailer

Since 2021

Cooked from scratch, the way it's done at home

Mark and Marisa Belgrave started Los Barbados on the front lawn of Bloomfield United Methodist Church. Mark was head chef at his family's restaurant in Barbados before that, which is why the spice blends, marinades and sauces are all made by hand, and why nothing has been adjusted to suit anyone.

Serving Bloomfield, Hartford, West Hartford, Windsor and towns across Hartford County.
